| How good or bad are you. Jay doesn't care...as long as you're the *best of the best or the *worst of the worst. How would you feel if your joke was rated #1 in 2006 (*two winning categories)? There will be 2 winners, each will be given the chance to broadcast a 15 minute show in 2007. And guess what happens then... Listeners will vote on who's better (or badder)...the best jokester or the worst jokester. Is this making any sense? |
| You see, the way we figure it, the quality of the laughter is what counts. Whether one is laughing with something or at something is irrelevant, as long as there is laughter. Sometimes, one can be laughing with and at something at the same time. Take Jay, please. So if you've got some great 1 liners, or if you're not sure if your any good, please let us know. |
| Tune in daily and hear some of these unbelievable jokes...then rate them (from 1-10) if you wish. You can call us and leave your joke on our answering system. We want to air it if it's any good (or bad). Make sure you let us know how to reach you atter you tell your joke (contact information will not be broadcast) so that we can contact you if you win. You may call-in your joke or jokes (as many as 5 by one person are allowed daily). The joke or jokes you submit in one 24 hour period will receive one rating (5 joke maximum per person will be rated as one entry). |
| If you would rather e-mail jokes to us, that's fine, we will consider them for broadcast by one of our announcing crew, or possibly Jay London. Please note that all jokes submitted verbally or in writing are voluntarily submitted by you and you agree to release such jokes freely to the general public by use of our airwaves. You may also e-mail or call in your rating of jokes heard on ' Jive at FIVE'.
